To meet the growing demand for orders from both domestic and overseas markets, fill the gap in high-end carbon production capacity, and further strictly control product quality, recently, the fourth fully automatic coconut shell activated carbon production line of Guangyuan Carbon has been successfully installed and debugged, and has been fully put into operation!

The establishment of this new production line marks an important milestone in the enterprise's capacity upgrade. It also represents our strong backing to protect customers in areas such as gold ore beneficiation, industrial water purification, and environmental waste treatment. It signifies that Guangyuan Carbon has taken a new step on the path of large-scale and refined production of high-end coconut shell activated carbon and gold-specific gold extraction carbon.

After the new production line was fully put into operation, the overall production capacity of our coconut shell activated carbon has significantly increased. Especially, the production capacity of the high-end gold-specific activated carbon has been greatly expanded. From raw material selection, high-temperature activation, fine grinding to acid washing purification and grading packaging, all processes are carried out automatically. This not only greatly improves production efficiency and shortens the delivery cycle of orders, but also enables us to easily handle large quantities, customized, urgent foreign trade and domestic industrial and mining orders.

In the future, whether it is the routine replenishment of small and medium-sized gold mines, the batch procurement by large beneficiation plants, or the entire container export orders from overseas customers, we will be able to achieve rapid production scheduling and stable delivery, thus laying a solid supply foundation for the smooth operation of the customer projects.
